STANDARD SLABS

The coated plaster boards REAL Gyps A and REAL Gyps FLEX are A-standard type according to EN520 and can be identifi ed for the ivory colour of the exposed face.
The REAL Gyps PLUS slabs added with glass fi bre are A-standard type according to EN520 and can be identifi ed for the ivory colour of the exposed face.

SLABS WITH REDUCED WATER ABSORPTION

The REAL Gyps H coated plaster slabs are admixed with synthetic oils to reduce water absorption and are identifiable for the green colour of the exposed face. The EN520 standard classifies three types of water-repellent slabs:
• Type H1: total water absorption <5% by weight; surface water absorption <180 g / m2.
• Type H2: total water absorption <10% by weight; surface water absorption <220 g / m2.
• Type H3: water absorption by immersion <25% by weight; surface water absorption <300 g / m2.

FIRE-FIGHTING SLABS

REAL Gyps A1
A fireproof coated plasterboard A-standard Type; Fire reaction class A1 according to UNI EN 13501-1, thanks to the low calorific value of the coating paper. Recognizable by the white colour faces

REAL Gyps A1 F
Coated plasterboard slabs F Type with increase adhesion of the heart to high temperature. Fireproof with fire reaction class A1, thanks to the low calorific value of the coating paper. Recognizable by the white colour faces..

REAL Gyps F
Coated plasterboard slabs F Type with vermiculite, glass fi bre and other components that increase the adhesion of the heart to high temperature. This feature allows to achieve better performances in terms of fire resistance. Fire reaction class A2-s1, d0. Recognizable by the pink colour faces.

SPECIAL SHEETS

REAL Gyps SMART
Coated plasterboard slabs with reduced dimensions, 900 mm wide, 1800 mm of length; easily transportable and loadable inside the lifts. It is the best choice for renovations.

REAL Gyps ID
Coated plasterboard slab with controlled density, greater than 800 kg / m3 and covered with special paper that makes it resistant to punching, marked DI according to the EN 520 standard. The impression of the marble must be less than 15 mm.

REAL Gyps V

Coated plasterboard slabs with an aluminium foil on the unseen face acting as vapour barrier. CE marked according to the UNI EN standard 14190.

REAL Gyps P
Coated plasterboard slabs with a lead sheet, on the unseen face, of varying thickness for radiological and acoustic protection. The integrity of the coating is ensured by strips of the same thickness.

SLABS COUPLED WITH INSULATION

REAL Gyps AGeo
Panel coupled in the factory, consisting of a standard plaster coated sheet REAL Gyps A13 NF and a panel of bio-soluble stone wool REALgeo of varying thickness. CE marked according to UNI EN 13950. Ideal for increasing the thermal and acoustic insulation of internal walls and double walls. It must be applied using the special glue REAL Gyps GLUE.

REAL Gyps AEps e REAL Gyps AEps G
Panel coupled at the factory, consisting of a standard coated plaster plate REAL Gyps A10 or A13 NF and a panel in white sintered expanded polystyrene (EPS) or gray (Eps G). CE marked according to UNI EN 13950. Ideal for increasing the thermal insulation of internal walls and double walls. It must be applied using the special glue REAL Gyps GLUE.

REAL Gyps AXps
Panel coupled at the factory, consisting of a standard coated plaster plate REAL Gyps A13 NF and a panel in extruded polystyrene REALxps of variable thickness. CE marked according to UNI EN 13950. Ideal for increasing the thermal insulation of internal walls and counter-walls. It must be applied using the special glue REAL Gyps GLUE.

PUTTIES AND GLUES

Grouting joints and processing surfaces are fundamental steps for the quality, the mechanical continuity and aesthetics of dry systems. Even the recent legislation on the correct installation of dry systems, the UNI 11424 of 2011, gives prominence to these operations.
MateREAL offers a range of traditional fillers in powder and in paste form, characterized by different times of workability, drying and elasticity.

REALprofiles – DIN approved partition guides

The sizing and design of the internal or external walls are subordinated to the building data, in accordance with the technical standards for buildings – D.M. January 14, 2008
The general calculation data for the dimensioning of the walls will be:
• Maximum height of the wall;
• The area of the municipality;
• The height a.s.l.;
• The maximum height of the building;
• The push due to the crowd by categories of the building;
• The wind;
• The seismic action.

The maximum distance between the uprights must not exceed 600 mm

REALprofiless

The dimensioning of the suspended ceilings is subordinated to the project data such as:
• Height of the rooms;
• Floor type;
• Fitting distance;
• Required performance – hygrothermal insulation, sound insulation, passive fi re protection, resistance to mechanical stresses, anti-shearing.
